Mother &
Baby Yoga
The
Aim:
The aim of yoga is that babies'
pleasureable sensations are enhanced as much as possible. And baby
yoga sessions are fun!
The
Benefit:
Sensory stimulation and development are by-products of the enjoyable
and intense interaction that yoga with babies offers, rather than
being the goal itself.
